(Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.) You must call for a return authorization and All products must be returned in original packaging as it was received along with the Original invoice. Products not returned in this manner will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Products improperly packaged, damaged and or missing parts will be returned to customer at their own expense and no refund will be given.
